Part of a series where I tried to make the images look as much like wood cuts as possible. This is the fable that always scared me.

Doesn't really look like wood to me, but it still looks damn great! Maybe I'm just not around wood enough, I just don't swing that way (XD). But anyways, AESOPs gave me the chills as a kid, so I can relate. Well, I don't know, the curling wood towards the top does make it feel pretty woodish, but wood aside, the grapes and the dots on the darkness and everything else are exceptional!
